I had an unexpected and stressful situation while visiting Ottawa from Toronto for a work meeting. My vehicle suddenly would start, but it wouldn’t move, leaving me stranded. I had it towed to Tony Graham Lexus, unsure of what I was going to do next. While the service department wasn’t able to resolve the issue at that time, two staff members Michael Eng and Sales Manager Steven stepped in when they noticed I needed help. They first helped me move my vehicle off the property so it could be towed, which was already greatly appreciated. But Michael went far beyond what anyone would reasonably expect. He took time out of his day to personally help troubleshoot the issue, and after several attempts, he was actually able to get my vehicle running again. Because of Michael’s kindness, effort, and willingness to help, I was able to avoid a $2500 tow back to Toronto. This is what real customer service looks like helping someone simply because they need it, even when it’s not required. Michael didn’t have to help me, but he chose to, and I’ll always remember that. Huge thank you to Michael Eng, Steven, and the team at Tony Graham Lexus for having such outstanding people on staff. Highly recommended.
