Northern Peso

We recently purchased a 2026 NX 350h. We decided to pre-order, given 2025 stock was limited due to demand. Over the following weeks, while we waited for production and final delivery, Tan Vo, our sales consultant, kept us up to date. Tan responded immediately to any email questions that we had and also called to let us know how things were progressing, which was much appreciated. When we received the NX, the handover to my wife and I was exciting. Such a fine looking, quality vehicle. My wife was very happy with the unexpected flowers and also with the time Tan took to help connect her phone to the Lexus app. Tan is so knowledgeable, so efficient and was a real pleasure to work with, from start to finish. Must mention that whenever we popped in, the front desk staff were always friendly and helpful. We have been long-time Toyota owners, but moving up to a Lexus was certainly an awesome experience.
