Parts Warranty

Lexus ensures that each of its vehicles is supported by a dedicated and service-oriented Lexus network. With our comprehensive standard and supplemental protection programs, you can drive with peace of mind.

For new service replacement parts purchased and installed at our dealership, the Lexus Parts Warranty offers coverage of 2 years or 40,000 km. We want you to feel confident on the road, even in unpredictable situations.

Additionally, if you opt for replacement parts from our Remanufactured Parts Program, which are purchased and installed by Lexus, they are covered for 12 months or 20,000 km, whichever comes first. Feel free to contact us for further information and details.

Lexus Road Hazard Protection

It's important to be ready for unexpected hurdles. No matter how carefully you drive, you might come across unavoidable dangers on the road. These include things like large potholes, broken glass, or debris that can be risky and expensive if they damage your tires and wheels.

To address this issue, Lexus now provides a solution called Lexus Road Hazard Protection (LRHP). This coverage offers repair or replacement for tires and alloy wheels if they were purchased and installed at any Lexus Dealership in Canada. You can choose from various term options for this protection.

Covered Expenses

Lexus Road Hazard Protection (LRHP) covers the costs associated with repairing or replacing a flat tire, or replacing damaged alloy wheels (purchased and installed at a Canadian Lexus Dealership), that are caused by covered road hazards.

A valid road hazard, as defined by LRHP, is limited to the following: potholes, cracks in pavement, nails, screws, bolts, glass, rocks, and other debris that are found on a public roadway. LRHP will help take care of these expenses if your tires or alloy wheels are affected by any of these covered road hazards.

For coverage under the Lexus Road Hazard Protection (LRHP) program, the tire must have more than 3/32" tread life remaining. If the tire cannot be safely repaired according to industry standards, then LRHP will cover the cost of a replacement tire that is identical to the original tire. If the original tire is no longer available, the program will cover the cost of a replacement tire of like kind and quality.

Similarly, LRHP will cover the cost of a replacement alloy wheel that is identical to the original alloy wheel selected at the time of purchase. If the original alloy wheel is no longer available, the program will cover the cost of a replacement alloy wheel of like kind and quality.

In summary, LRHP will ensure the repair or replacement of tires and alloy wheels if they meet the eligibility requirements and cannot be safely repaired or are no longer available.

Extra Care Protection

To improve your experience as a Lexus owner, we are proud to present Extra Care Protection (ECP) extended service contracts.

By choosing our Extra Care Protection (ECP) Plans, you can enjoy the assurance of additional coverage, the convenience of up to three years of regularly scheduled maintenance, and a range of other benefits. These benefits include peace of mind knowing that your vehicle is protected, access to professional maintenance services for a designated period, as well as various additional perks.

ECP Service Agreements also come with transferable contracts, making it easy to transfer the coverage to a new owner. This feature can boost the resale value of your Lexus. The transfer process is simple and involves signing over the contract and notifying Lexus of the change. This enables the new owner to take advantage of the extended coverage and benefits provided by the ECP package.
